SHIMLA: Suneel Grover Chief Engineer HPSEB has been appointed as Managing Director HP State Load Despatch Authority, an apex body, by the Himachal Government against a newly created post for a period of one year which can be further extended by one year.

Suneel Grover graduated from Thapar University Patiala and did post graduation from IIT Roorkee and joined HPSEB in 1983.He represented India and Himachal in round table conferences in Orlondo USA and Vienna Austria.

He was  the major  contributor for  establishment of state load dispatch centre, development of computer based monitoring system for hydro electric project , reorganization model for HPSEB Ltd

 and centre for skill development and engineering consultancy.

 He has been associated with All India Power Engineers Federation for a long time and was elected its Sr. Vice President recently.
