All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF) wants to draw your kind attention towards the unprecedented crisis arising out of the strike of Power Engineers & Employees of Madhya Pradesh.

2. You are aware that Power Engineers & Employees of Madhya Pradesh are forced to go on strike due to the apathetic attitude of Power Corporation management and MP Govt towards routine problems of Power Employees & Engineers. Dearness Allowance is right of the employees which has been disbursed to lacs of employees of all Govt departments but power sector employees are deprived of it which is totally unjustified. Similarly denial of  payment of arrears of increment and other routine issues has forced power sector employees to resort to strike to draw the attention of MP Govt.

3. AIPEF requests you to kindly use your good offices and intervene immediately so that power sector employees' demands are fulfilled and they get justice. I also want to inform you that all power engineers of all states across the country fully support the demands of MP Power Employees & Engineers and solidly stand with them. I also want to inform you that in case any repressive measures are used to curb the peaceful movement of MP Power Employees then Power Engineers of other States shall not remain silent spectators and shall be forced to actively support MP strike, responsibility of which shall be of MP Govt only.
