You all are aware that NCCOEEE & AIPEF has served a notice to Union Power Minister informing him that all power engineers & employees across the country shall observe June 01  as PROTEST DAY against unilateral push of draconian Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020 for privatization of power sector. 

2. Copy of notice of NCCOEEE & AIPEF is attached with the request to ensure PROTEST DAY on June 01 by wearing black badges throughout the day on duty and hold protest demonstrations maintaining social distance.
