Comments and Objections of All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF) on draft Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020, Jun 5, 2020

This is in reference to  Ministry of Power,GOI/Delhi Letter No42/6/2011-R&R dt 17-04-2020 and  Ministry of Power,GOI/Delhi Letter No42/6/2011-R&R dt 27-04-2020 vide which  draft Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020 to amend the Electricity Act 2003 has been circulated requesting all stakeholders to file comments & objections by 05-06-2020.

 

2.  Comments and Objections of All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF) on draft Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020 are attached along with enclosures for your kind perusal and necessary action.
