NCCOEEE Meeting was held at Delhi on 31st July 2019.
2. Various issues pertaining to Power Sector were discussed in detail particularly Strategy paper of Niti Ayog and Vision Document of Ministry Of Power which clearly tells the Central Govt policy of privatisation of Power Sector.
3. After detailed discussions following decisions were taken -
a. NCCOEE will write letter to CM Odisha against re privatisation move of Discoms. NCCOEEE leaders will meet CM Odisha in August and hold press conference and meeting at Bhubneshwar.
b. All State Constituents to hold District Level Conventions in August / September 2019 in every District positively. Consumer forums particularly farmers and common domestic consumers are to be associated in District Level conventions.
c. State level Conventions to be held in September 2019 in every State and in State Conventions also Consumer forums particularly farmers and common domestic consumers are to be associated .
d. Memorandum to be handed over to all MP's, MLA's and Ministers in every District in August / September 2019. Draft of Memorandum shall be sent shortly.
e. National Work Shop on Power Sector issues to be held on 11th & 12th October 2019 at Hyderabad.
4. NCCOEEE circular is attached for ready reference.
5. All State Constituents and AIPEF Office Bearers alongwith SIPEF/WIPEF/EI[PEF/NIPEF office bearers are requested to ensure success of all programmes in coordination with all employees associations.
