Powercom engineers have resumed their agitation after the PSPCL management failed to resolve their pending issues despite a commitment by the management.
As a first step, they are keeping the mobile off after office hours and has quit official whatsup group.

PSEB Engineers Association had postponed their agitation at the request of the management as farmers were facing power shortage problems during paddy sowing and management had sought 15 days time to settle the issues.

Despite postponing the agitation repeatedly, none of the issues has been resolved.
Moreover, the recent actions and non-commitment of management have forced the association to start the agitation.
As per discussion held and agreements reached it was assured that a positive decision will be taken on the pay scale of assistant engineer by July 20 but the issue is still pending. In the wage formulation committee, no representation has been given to the employee associations/ unions from WFC.
From August 11th. Sims will be returned to the management.
