National Coordination Committee of Electricity Employees & Engineers (NCCOEEE) has decided to oppose any unilateral move of Central Govt to rush through Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2021 in the ongoing winter session of Parliament.
2. Action plan decided in NCCOEEE meeting held on 03rd December in Delhi is as following.......
A - Protest Meetings to be held on 08 December at all State/UT Capitals along with all District/Project headquarters.
Memorandum to be given as attached.
B - Massive Dharna/Satyagrah demonstration at Jantar Mantar New Delhi on 15th December. All State Constituents to ensure participation in Delhi demonstration. Maximum strength to be mobilised through Northern Region States.
C - In case Central Govt moves Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2021 in the current session of Parliament then on the same day WORK BOYCOTT along with day long demonstrations will be observed across the country.
You all are requested to start campaigning / mobilising all power engineers to ensure a grand success of agitational programmes as decided above.
