CHANDIGARH: H S Chugh  a PSPCL Chief Engineer working in BBMB  has been appointed Member (Power) in BBMB by the Ministry of Power.

Chugh has  34  years of service experience in PSPCL in various capacities from 22.05.1985 comprising all aspects of Generation, Distribution & Transmission organization. Out of 33 years of service in PSPCL & in BBMB till date, about 25 years of experience is in Generation organization.

Chugh is a mechanical engineer from REC Kurukshetra  and joined PSEB in 1985. He has  34 years of service experience in PSPCL and BBMB  in various capacities .He worked at Ropar thermal plant for about 20 years  and was associated with fly ash handling system and C& I. He Dy. CE fuel for three years in PSPCL. at present he is working as CE system Operation in BBMB.

Gulab Singh Narwal a Haryana irrigation chief engineer working on BSL Project Sunder Nagar BBMB has been appointed Member Irrigation . Highly qualified he has 21 years of experience in water resources and hydro power projects.

The posts of member power & irrigation were lying vacant since May and July last year. The interviews for these posts were held in November 2018.
