Sub: AIPEF letter against claim of Adani Power

AIPEF letter regarding Compensation claim of Adani Power Rajasthan Ltd. (APRL) on account of using imported coal at Kawai is attached. The issue was discussed in AIPEF Federal Executive Meeting held at Pune on 15th December 2018. It was decided that AIPEF will take up the case in larger interest of power consumers and state.

2. AIPEF letter along with DRI alert of 31st March 2016 and Bombay HC order is attached for wider circulation. 

3. All are requested to go through the letter. It is a very very serious matter of corrupt practices adopted by IPP's. Like Sasan UMPP COD case AIPEF will fight it to the logical end to unearth mega scam.
