Sub : Main Decisions taken in AIPEF FE Meeting held at Pune
MAIN DECISIONS TAKEN IN AIPEF FE MEETING HELD AT PUNE ON 15th DECEMBER -
1. All AIPEF State Constituents shall issue Notice of 08 & 09 January 2019 Strike/ Work Boycott before 24th December 2018 similar to the Notice served by NCCOEEE. NCCOEEE Notice attached for ready reference.
2. All State Constituents of AIPEF shall ensure meeting of Joint Action Committee of All trade unions working in state power sector for serving joint notice of 08 & 09 January STRIKE/Work Boycott and for massive campaign programme to get it grand success.
3. Senior Vice Chairman AIPEF, Additional Secretary General of AIPEF along with Chairman & Secretary General of Regional Federation (SIPEF/WIPEF/EIPEF/NIPEF) shall ensure grand success of 08 & 09 January STRIKE/Work Boycott . Sr Vice Chairman from every region shall be Nodal Officer and shall ensure massive campaign along with other office bearers in All state constituents of region e.g. SIPEF/WIPEF/EIPEF/NIPEF to ensure Strike/Work Boycott.
4. Tripura State Electricity Corporation Ltd Engineers Association (TSECLEA) has been inducted as honourable constituent of AIPEF. AIPEF welcomes new constituent in family of Power Engineers.
5. AIPEF has decided a draft of manifesto which will be sent to all political parties with the request to include our draft in election manifesto. Attached.
6. Er K Ashok Rao & Er Ashok Jain in coordination with Chairman & Secretary General AIPEF shall make programme of meetings with eminent political leaders of All parties to convince them to oppose Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2018.
7. Draft of Press Note in English & Hindi will be sent centrally which all state constituents shall issue from state capitals time to time.
