It contains letters of Chief Ministers of Kerala,Telangana,Chhattisgarh,Tamilnadu,Jharkhand,Puducherry and letters of Energy Ministers of Maharashtra,Bihar & Ladakh Lok Sabha MP written to Prime Minister & Union Power Minister against Bill.
3. After the Energy Ministers Conference of States held on 03 July Union Power Minister R K Singh held a meeting of Tamilnadu to review. Tamilnadu CM again strongly opposed the Bill in this meeting also and handed over a letter to R K Singh Power Minister (copy attached).
4. In the meanwhile President of Shiromani Akali Dal also wrote a letter to the Prime Minister demanding withdrawal of Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020 (Copy attached).
